November 5, 2016. 11:00 am to 2:30 pm at 4030 Douglas St. (Victoria Citadel). Waffles and cake balls may seem like an odd combination – but the theory be hind making them is much the same. Theory, demonstrations and hands on baking … and tasting of course! Dessert, snack, breakfast, lunch – different flavours shapes toppings and decorations will be explored in this class. This class will teach you how to utilize the natural characteristics of the ingredients to make the perfect waffle that pops right out and cake balls that will delight young and old. Classes provide options for multiple ingredient restrictions.
