This class is offered over two days for those that are brand new to gluten-free baking and for those that have been baking for many years. Learn how to use the natural characteristics of the ingredients to increase the nutrition, enhance the taste and texture and reduce or eliminate starches and other fillers common in gluten-free baking. This class focuses on how to make appropriate substitutions for multiple ingredient restrictions for those with food sensitivities and allergies. This is a fun and interactive class with demonstrations, hands on food science and baking, tasting, recipes, tips and tricks. Class offered upon request.
